Export Import Documentation:
Knowledge and working experience with:
o Preparing of Purchase Order, Packing List, Invoice, Cargo Declaration, Bill of Lading & Air Way Bill instructions etc. for dispatching Pre-shipment as per the rules and regulations applied for time to time updated policy and procedures.
o Preparing post shipment as per Letter of Credit, D.A, D.P, O.D modes for various countries through bank as per the recent Rule of Reserve Bank of India, with the covering of E.C.G.C for protection of risk against buyers insolvency or dispute. o L/C opening for import and filing Bill of Entry at respective bank in due time.
o Preparing D.E.P.B, E.P.C.G, I.E.C applications through online submission with the support of E. Token with EFT Account & digital signature with proper manner. Also doing liaison works with Jt. D.G.F.T, Bank, Insurance Companies etc.
o Knowledge of Trade Mark searching through online. It can be avoided the doubling of brand name or trade name of the business or loosing market monopoly.
